At Bright Festival 2026, Organysmo by LedPulse marks the first live deployment of the Dragon's perception system. A real-time cognitive architecture that senses collective human presence, computes attention and coherence, and transforms three-dimensional space in response.
The Dragon exists as a transparent volumetric body of light inside the Stazione Leopolda. Cameras detect presence, movement, and density. Microphones analyze the acoustic field. LYRA — the Dragon's cognitive layer — computes two state variables: attention, from collective stillness and focus; coherence, from collective alignment. Five continuous behavioral fields drive the organism's light, structure, and spatial transformation in real time.
In Florence, the system is an infant brain. It perceives everything at once, synesthetic, impulsive, emotional. Its reactions are instinctive. But it carries its genetic nature: wise, grandiose, elegant, curious. A Dragon waking up for the first time.
Alone, the system reacts. Together, the system transforms.

• Move. Walk, explore, change position. The system reacts to movement. Space may shift. Light may follow.

• Focus your attention. Stop. Stay still. Observe deeply. Attention is energy here. The more focused you are, the more coherent the space becomes.
• Act together. This is the key. Coordinate with others, move together, stay still together, focus together. The system detects collective behavior. Coherence increases.
